Demetri Sosa

General Manager

Demetri grew up traveling the country in a military family; however, several years ago he made the Central Texas area his home. Demetri has been a staple of the Temple community for many years and often can be recognized from the stellar customer service he provided at Megg’s Café.

Over a year ago, with the encouragement of Ike, Demetri came into T3 and fell in love with pursing a healthier version of himself. He wanted to look better—but what kept him coming was a pursuit of whole body health. What he found in fitness was a way to improve not only his body but his mind. T3 has become his home and he loves this community fully. The relationships with other members is what brought him back, again and again.

Demetri is wanting to see people reach their full potential. To achieve health, not only physically but in every aspect. He knows that if you can achieve health for yourself, then you are able to be there for other people. He wants T3he Gym to be a place where everyone can feel welcome and where goals seem achievable.

Danielle Raesz

Facility Fitness Director

Before she became the Facility Fiitness Director, Danielle Raesz was a familiar face known around the gym as “The Ninja.” She has been a competitive Ninja athlete for two years (including back-to-back years as state champion) before an injury in late 2021 forced her to take a temporary step back.

She comes to us with not only a ninja background, but an impressive athletic resume as a collegiate soccer player and track runner, and years in the fitness industry as a NASM certified Personal Trainer.

She loves getting to pour into the adults and student athletes in our community through T3he Gym! She is passionate about health because she knows that it is our biggest asset- it is the one thing that we cannot afford to lose if we want to live a purpose-filled, quality life.

She has a built a beautiful life with her health-focused husband Jason, a Chiropractor, and their two amazing daughters, Kaylie and Adalyn. When she’s not in the gym (which is rare) she loves to eat Mexican food, watch sports, and dance to music videos with her girls.

Tiara Dickson

KidZone Director

Tiara Dickson has been the Kidzone Director for 5+ years now and loves every minute of it. However, her history with the gym goes far beyond her time as the Director. She actually joined the Kidzone Team years earlier because of her passion for working with kids, but gradually has become a fixture in Kidzone.

Her mission for Kidzone is that kids feel excited, safe, and loved when they cross the threshold. Additionally, she wants parents to feel welcome and secure that their children are being well cared for while they workout.

She is currently also pursuing a Degree in Nursing and a Minor in Psychology at UMHB. She has dedicated her life to caring for others, and we are truly lucky to have her on our team.

When she isn’t in Kidzone, Tiara enjoys going to High Fitness classes, reading a good book, and some Sweet Roll ice cream. Make sure you stop by and tell her hi.
